Melody Craft has been appointed general counsel to P10 Inc., a Dallas-based private market solutions provider.
Mr. Kraft will lead P10’s legal department and provide strategic guidance on all corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Most recently, he served as general counsel, vice president of legal and risk management, corporate secretary, and chief compliance officer for publicly traded portfolio companies. In addition to managing international legal affairs across all functions of the business, Kraft led the risk management and compliance function and legally managed the M&A transaction, from due diligence to post-integration legal and risk management activities. .
She also previously served as an advisor for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, advising companies on a wide range of strategic and legal issues.
From 2000 to 2018, Kraft was a partner and attorney at a large international law firm specializing in litigation and business counseling. In her role, she oversaw litigation and counseling for a variety of companies and industries across the United States.
