Singapore—after US ban Nvidia Since selling high-performance artificial intelligence chips to China in October, the company’s engineers have quickly designed a new lineup to comply with stricter regulations.
U.S. tech companies may have found some breathing room, but they face bigger problems. Chinese cloud companies, some of Nvidia’s biggest customers worldwide, aren’t too keen on buying the company’s low-power AI chips.
