In other words, one in four executives would like to encourage employees to quit in order to reduce headcount, cut remote work and get rid of employees. And what’s worse, that’s just the number of executives who admit this.
But for the majority of hardworking employees, fully remote or hybrid work is the only option. Some may care for young children or elderly family members all day, or may have a disability that keeps them from leaving their home.
